The Deanside Wetland Discovery Walk, in May 2024, was a 5km guided walk around the Wetlands and Kororoit Creek. Along the way there were QR codes installed to help explain features, wildlife, habitat, and challenges these waterways face. We saw Heron, swans, purple swamp hens, eurasian coot, Kangaroos, and other birds along the walk.
